“This is one of my favourite things that’s happened in my life! What The Pantograph Punch have done is they’ve commissioned several artists to make these short, immersive, incredible pieces of sound bath that you can just sort of fall into. They almost act like meditations. I really loved Jo Randerson’s and Coco Solid’s… the Artist in Residence Podcast is so good and probably exactly what you need”
RNZ book critic and author Pip Adam

In early 2020, I created and produced Artist in Residence, an NZ on Air-funded podcast series of one-on-one audio performances from a range of New Zealand artists across theatre, music, poetry and dance. Each artist created a 15-minute personalised performance to help the listener with one thing they might be feeling in isolation and as we slowly transitioned out of it.

It’s a collection of ten of my favourite artists in Aotearoa. In the mix there is visionary choreographer Sarah Foster-Sproull, musician and multi-disciplinary powerhouse Coco Solid, endlessly-inventive theatre maker Jo Randerson, and none other than music icon Bic Runga. You can take a listen below (headphones recommended!) or read more about the series here.
